After more than three decades leading teams, solving problems, and creating exceptional customer experiences in the hospitality industry, I realized that the part of my work I loved most wasn't operations—it was helping people.
That passion led me into the insurance and financial services industry, where I discovered another opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

Today, I'm proud to serve clients across 18 states while remaining deeply connected to the community I call home in Chillicothe, Ohio.

When I'm not meeting with clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, quilting, writing, or speaking in the community.

I'm also passionate about encouraging others through writing and community education. Whether I'm leading a workshop, speaking with a local organization, or writing for future generations, my hope is always the same—to help people feel informed, encouraged, and empowered.
